Mumbai, Jan. 19 -- The board of Easy Trip Planners at its meeting held on 19 January 2026 has approved the appointment of Ajay Kumar Chauhan as the Independent Director for a period of five years w.e.f. 24 February 2026 subject to Shareholder's approval.
