Mumbai, May 15 -- Caplin Point Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
