Mumbai, Feb. 3 -- Amrutanjan Health Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 February 2026, has recommended a Second Interim Dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
