Mumbai, Feb. 8 -- Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 February 2025, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
