Mumbai, Feb. 26 -- Bikaji Foods International has allotted 2,10,530 equity shares under ESOS on 26 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 25,05,92,710 consisting of 25,05,92,710 equity shares of Re 1 each.
