Mumbai, Oct. 18 -- Bharat Forgehas entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AAM India Manufacturing Corporation (AAMIMCPL), a subsidiary of American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM), (NYSE: AXL), at an enterprise value of Rs. 544.53 crore, subject to closing adjustments.
