Mumbai, May 21 -- The initial public offer of Belrise Industries received bids for 11,80,99,870 shares as against 17,70,58,824 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:00 IST on 21 May 2025. The issue was subscribed 0.67 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 21 May 2025 and it will close on 23 May 2025. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 85 and 90 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 166 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
