Mumbai, Jan. 22 -- COMEX Copper futures stayed in a tight range in Asia. The metal consolidated around two-week low on supportive equities and currently trade at $5.79 per pound, up 0.41% on the day. The US stocks saw significant volatility over the course of the trading day on Wednesday.The major averages all posted strong gains on the day, partly offsetting the steep drop seen on Tuesday. The major indices jumped more than one percent on the day.
