Mumbai, Feb. 21 -- AXISCADES Technologies has allotted 50,692 equity shares under ESOP on 21 February 2025. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 21,22,24,305 consisting of 4,24,44,861 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 21,24,77,765 consisting of 4,24,95,553 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
