Mumbai, Dec. 22 -- Avantel has allotted 4,97,410 equity shares under ESOP on 22 December 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 26,54,66,930 equity shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs.53,09,33,860/-.
