Asian Tea & Exports raises Rs 9.38 cr via preferential issue of shares

Mumbai, Feb. 15 -- Asian Tea & Exports has allotted 49,41,800 fully paid-up equity shares

of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 19 per share upon receipt of an amount aggregating to Rs. 9,38,94,200 to investors on preferential basis.
