Mumbai, Dec. 25 -- Arisinfra Solutions has allotted 66,870 equity shares under ESOP on 25 December 2025. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 16,28,97,812/- divided into 8,14,48,906 equity shares of the face value of Rs.2/- each.
