Mumbai, Sept. 11 -- Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 46,475 equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme on 11 September 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,12,43,62,100 (i.e. 2,61,24,36,210 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
