Nairobi, Jan. 24 -- Pamela Mutua has exited the troubled Kenya National Trading Corporation (KNTC) as managing director in the wake of a Sh16.5 billion edible oils graft investigations at the agency.

Her departure is part of a shakeup of the agency's top management.

Ms Mutua's position is one of the five senior positions that have been declared vacant.

In an advertisement on Tuesday, the other positions to be filled are those of purchasing and sales general manager, warehousing manager as well as counterparts in Finance and Treasury, and business development.
