Srinagar, Sept. 14 -- In a first-of its kind sporting initiative in Baramulla, the Baramulla Runners Club today organized the 'Zoon Run - Spirit of Baramulla' a long-distance running event that featured 10km and 5 km categories. The event was jointly flagged off by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, and the Deputy Inspector General of Police, North Kashmir Zone, Maqsood Ul Zaman in presence of DySP Headquarters, and Vice Principal of Saint Joseph's School, Baramulla. The event aimed to promote fitness and healthy living, and to foster the spirit of unity and sportsmanship among the youth of the region.
