Jammu, Jan 20, Jan. 21 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the Union Territory Level Standing Committee (UTLSC) on the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) to review progress and approve the future roadmap for PMGSY-IV, aimed at expanding all-weather road connectivity to newly eligible rural habitations across Jammu and Kashmir.
