Jammu, Jan 27, Jan. 28 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Tuesday called for robust technology-driven solutions, stronger enforcement mechanisms and seamless coordination among regulators and law enforcement agencies to effectively curb cyber frauds and online financial scams in Jammu and Kashmir.
