Jammu, Jan 15, Jan. 16 -- Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan held high-level meetings with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and top security officials in Jammu on Thursday to review the security situation, ongoing anti-terror operations, and operational preparedness in the Union Territory. During his two-day visit, Mohan chaired sessions at the Convention Centre, assessing inter-agency coordination among the Army, police, paramilitary forces, and intelligence agencies.
