Srinagar, Dec. 1 -- Hundreds of candidates appearing in the Preliminary examination of the Combined Competitive Examination for Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services are facing uncertainty as the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission has not clarified whether the examination scheduled for December 7 will be held as planned or postponed. A large number of aspirants currently staying in Delhi and other States and Union Territories said they are unable to plan their return to Kashmir due to the absence of any official communication from the Commission.
