Srinagar, Jan. 19 -- District Administration Udhampur today organized the district-level inaugural function of the Vande Mataram Phase-II programme under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai. The programme was presided over by Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Dr. Umesh Shan and attended by PO Poshan,Subash Dogra, district officers, prominent citizens, staff and students from educational institutions.
