Srinagar, Feb 19, Feb. 20 -- An 18-month-old child who was admitted in critical condition following a drowning incident in Dal waters succumbed at Children's Hospital Bemina, officials said. The deceased has been identified as Saiful Ahmad, son of Aijaz Ahmad Kissu, a native of Brein Nishat area of Srinagar.Sources said that the minor had accidentally fallen into water near Abi Karpora. Family members immediately retrieved him from the water and rushed him to JLNM Hospital, Rainawari.
