Srinagar, Dec. 26 -- With the relative decline of US global dominance, the resurgence of Russia and the rise of new centres of power like China, India, Japan, recently Turkiye etc. analysts and observers on global politics are of the opinion that the present moment in global politics is no longer unipolar but multipolar. New centres of power are emerging while some old powers are resurging.
