Srinagar, Nov. 4 -- Residents of Natipora in Srinagar are raising concerns over a growing menace of stray dogs that have been roaming freely in the area, creating fear and disruption for locals. According to reports, several packs of stray dogs have been seen on roads, in residential colonies, and near markets, attacking pedestrians, children, and even pets. Locals claim that the situation has worsened over the past few months due to an increase in stray dog population and lack of effective municipal action."We are afraid to let our children play outside.
