Srinagar, Jan. 7 -- Senior Superintendent of Police Traffic, Srinagar City, Ajaz Ahmed, on Tuesday issued a stern warning to car dealers and shopkeepers, stating that city roads cannot be used for business activities or long-duration parking. Speaking to reporters, the SSP said several car dealers were illegally displaying vehicles on roads across Srinagar, leading to traffic congestion and inconvenience to commuters. He warned that all such vehicles would be lifted and strict legal action would follow.
