Srinagar, Dec. 18 -- SpearCorps successfully conducted the airborne exercise 'Winged Raider' on 15-16 December 2025, showcasing the operational readiness and versatility of its specialist troops. The two-day exercise involved advanced airborne operations, including Combat Free Fall (CFF) from C-130J Hercules aircraft, GPADS (Guided Precision Airdrop System) drops, and Static-Line jumps at the Majuli Island Drop Zone (DZ). The exercise was designed to validate and enhance the troops' capability to rapidly deploy in diverse terrains and respond to evolving operational challenges.
