Imphal, Sep 17, Sept. 18 -- In a commendable display of dedication and humanitarian spirit, the Spear Corps of the Indian Army launched extensive flood relief and rescue operations in the flood-affected regions of Shanti Khongbal, YKPI, Sabunkhok Khunou, and Thamnapokpi in Manipur. Triggered by relentless rains over the past week, the flash floods disrupted normal life, submerging homes, displacing families, and cutting off access to essential services.
