Srinagar, Sept. 30 -- An Army man was killed on Monday evening in a grenade explosion inside the headquarters of 16 Rashtriya Rifles in Surankote area in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. Officials said that the blast took place around 7:45 pm and led to the death of a soldier. Officials said that it is not immediately clear whether the incident was caused by a militant attack or resulted from an accidental blast."Investigations are underway.
