Srinagar, Nov. 26 -- Srinagar Municipal Corporation has issued a public notice laying down fresh guidelines for feeding community animals within city limits. The directive, issued by the Office of the Commissioner, aims to regulate feeding practices and prevent safety concerns in public spaces. According to the notice, arrangements for feeding street animals will now be the responsibility of Resident Welfare Associations, Apartment Welfare Associations, Mohalla Committees, Local Body representatives and recognised animal welfare activists.
