Srinagar, Dec. 6 -- There was a slight improvement in the night temperature across the Valley with most places recording a rise while the Meteorological department has predicted light snowfall over the higher reaches of north and central Kashmir during next 24 hours. In Srinagar, minimum temperature during the intervening night climbed to 0.4degC, a marked rise from -4.0degC the previous night.Qazigund in south Kashmir recorded a low of -0.2degC compared to -3.6degC while the tourist destination Pahalgam saw its minimum jump to -1.8degC from -4.8degC.Kupwara in north Kashmir recorded a low of 0.2degC up from -3.2degC, and Kokernag settled at 0.8degC as against -0.8degC night before.The ski-resort of Gulmarg registered a minimum of 0.0degC...
