Srinagar, Sept. 11 -- The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway has been partially opened on Wednesday for Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) including passenger vehicles after remaining closed for nine consecutive days due to massive landslides at Thard in Udhampur district.
