Srinagar, Jan. 10 -- Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (SDCM), Jammu Division, Northern Railway, Uchit Singhal was today, on 09 January 2026, honoured with the prestigious "Ati Vishisht Rail Seva Puraskar" 2025 (AVRSP) by the Union Minister for Railways, Ashwini Vaishnaw, in recognition of his outstanding work and dedicated service during the year 2025.
