Srinagar, Feb 21, Feb. 22 -- Senior Superintendent of Police Traffic City Srinagar Ajaz Ahmad on Saturday said efforts are underway to streamline vehicular movement in view of the reopening of schools and regular functioning of offices across the city. Speaking to reporters, the SSP said traffic volume is expected to rise significantly once educational institutions resume operations. He, however, expressed confidence that necessary arrangements are in place to manage the anticipated rush.He said strict measures are being taken to prevent congestion in busy markets and key intersections.
