Srinagar, Jan. 27 -- Minister for Transport, FCS&CA, Youth Services and Sports, Information Technology, Science & Technology, Satish Sharma, on Monday conducted surprise visit to office of Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Jammu at Narwal and took stock of its functioning.
