Dec 2, Dec. 3 -- Bringing major relief to commuters, the long-delayed Sanat Nagar Flyover in Srinagar was thrown open for traffic today after direct intervention from Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary. The project, which had overshot several deadlines the latest reported completion date being November 15 had caused persistent traffic chaos and public inconvenience.
