Srinagar, Sept. 29 -- Minister for Health & Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo today convened a comprehensive review meeting to assess developmental works, infrastructure projects and welfare initiatives in the Mendhar and Rafiabad Assembly Constituencies.
