Srinagar, Dec. 13 -- Applicants in the jurisdiction of Naib Tehsildar Channapora, Natipora division, have been facing severe difficulties as the concerned Revenue portal has remained non-functional since November. Locals said that applicants seeking domicile certificates, income certificates, and other essential documents have been left in limbo for more than a month. People said they continue to visit the office in the hope of progress, but staff have informed them that the issue is already known to higher authorities and remains unresolved.
