Srinagar, Oct. 17 -- While observing education in J&K many questions arise and strike hard to the mind. Though showing some improvements but at a very slower rate . The school education department, government of J&K spends about seventeen thousand rupees for a single student in government schools. Even in elite private schools of Kashmir, the parent pays about eight thousand rupees including bus fee per student. Then why are the results different? Who is responsible for this difference between the progress and results between the government school and a private school?
