Srinagar, July 18 -- Breaking all records and bycreating a new history 'Rang Tarang'- a festival of theatre and dance concluded here today at Mandpam, IIM Jammu. Featuring 16 plays and 4 danceevents allunder the direction of Balwant Thakur offered a vast variety of plays and dances coveringdifferent genres, periods, approaches and forms of theatre.
