Srinagar, Nov. 7 -- J&K Police have arrested a kidnapper and safely recovered the kidnapped girl (name withheld) from his possession after a swift and well-coordinated operation. Acting on specific input, on the directions of SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal-JKPS, a special police team from Police Post Shadipora traced out and apprehended the accused Firdous Rustum Khan son of Rustum Ali Khan resident of Shatigam, Handwara from the State of Himachal Pradesh. It is pertinent to mention that the accused is a vagabond and was already married around ten years ago, having two children.
