Budgam, Jan 8, Jan. 9 -- J&K Police in collaboration with Tourist Police Station Srinagar, conducted a verification and checking drive of homestays and guest houses in the Humhama area of Budgam. During the inspection, homestays and guest houses that were found operating without valid registration are Cozy Heaven, Sheikhpora, near Armed Complex, Haji Guest House, Humhama, near Airport, Sukoonat Gah, ARCO Residency, Humhama, Welcome Homestay, Humhama, near Airport, Zabeel Villa, ARCO Residency, Humhama and Homestay by Ishaan, ARCO Residency.Preventive action under Sections 126/170 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023 was initiated against the owners of all six properties.
