Srinagar, Nov. 2 -- Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Police have arrested 09 drug peddlers in Shopian, Budgam & Pulwama and recovered contraband substances from their possession. In Shopian, a police party of Police Station Zainapora at a checkpoint established at Kashwa-Zainapora axis, intercepted two suspicious persons. They have been identified as Mohd Zafran Lone, resident of Tanger, Ramban & Irfan Yatoo, resident of Verinag, Kapran, A/P both working at Pandit Colony, Allowpora, Keegam. During search, charas-like substance weighing approximately 190 grams was recovered from their possession.
