Srinagar, Jan. 31 -- Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Rana, today held detailed discussions with Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Upendra Dwivedi, on wide ranging issues affecting the residents of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly those living along the Line of Control (LoC).During the meeting, focused discussions were held on mitigating the adverse effects of LoC fencing on tribal livelihoods, especially the Gujjar-Bakerwal community.
