Srinagar, July 20 -- The recent directive by the Office of the Medical Superintendent at Associated Hospital GMC Baramulla to restrict the entry of medical representatives (MRs) before 3:30 PM is a commendable and much-needed administrative move which comes in response to growing concerns over MRs frequenting outpatient departments (OPDs), wards, and other sections of the hospital during peak working hours which leads to disruption of patient care and interferes with critical medical consultations.
