Srinagar, May 27 -- Despite the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, the administration has assured that it will have minimal impact on the upcoming Mela Kheer Bhawani, and all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure the religious festival proceeds smoothly.Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, V K Bidhuri, while inspecting the arrangements at Mata Kheer Bhawani temple in Tulmulla, Ganderbal, said the security, water, electricity and other facilities for the festival are fully in place.
