Srinagar, Feb. 14 -- Night cold returned to Kashmir with all weather stations recording temperatures below the freezing point on Thursday, officials said.The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has forecast mainly dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir for the next 48 hours.Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of -2.4degC, and it was -2.6degC below the average during this period of the season, the MeT office said.The bright sun appeared during the day, presenting summer-like weather conditions in Kashmir.Over the past 24 hours, day temperatures have risen by 3-4degC in many parts of Jammu and Kashmir.The night temperatures have dropped by 1-2degC in scattered areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
