Srinagar, Nov. 13 -- Minister for Tribal Affairs, Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment, Javed Ahmed Rana today chaired a high-level meeting at the Civil Secretariat here to review implementation of Tribal Welfare schemes across Jammu and Kashmir.
