Srinagar, Sept. 9 -- A three-day Military-Civil Fusion Seminar commenced today at the Kohima Garrison, aiming to strengthen cooperation between the Indian Armed Forces and civilian governance bodies in Nagaland. The event, held from 08 to 10 September, is a flagship initiative of HQ IGAR (North) under the aegis of #SpearCorps.
