Srinagar, Dec. 28 -- The Meteorological Department has forecast a three-day spell of cloudy weather, accompanied by rain and snowfall across Kashmir, beginning Tuesday. According to MeT official, December 30 is expected to remain generally cloudy, with light rain or snowfall at scattered places across the Valley.On December 31 and January 1, weather conditions are likely to turn more active, with generally cloudy skies and the possibility of light rain or snow at many places.The Met said a few middle and higher reaches of North and Central Kashmir may receive moderate snowfall during this period.The weather is expected to improve slightly on January 2, with partly cloudy conditions and light snowfall over isolated higher reaches, MeT said...
