Srinagar, July 27 -- In a compelling display of combat capability and aerial firepower, Lieutenant General Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Spear Corps, witnessed a live-firing exercise aboard an indigenously developed Rudra helicopter.
