New Delhi, r, Feb 7, Feb. 8 -- Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 3 Corps, called on Governor of Mizoram, Dr. (Gen) Vijay Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd), at Lok Bhavan today.
